How do you unlock the Silver Pines ending achievements?
Each ending has its own achievement, and all three come from the same choice with Eddie Velvet after the final boss.

Find every Map, Memento and upgrade. These six are the slowest because they need a thorough sweep of every area.

The map for each area is a physical pickup, not an automatic reveal. The first one is on the Silver Pines notice board just down and right from the starting diner, and the Crimson Bear Motel map hangs on the front of the gift shop once the motel gate is open.
For Burden of Memories, two Mementos trip people up. You cannot carry both the Bloody Corsage and the Old Corsage in one run, but you only need one of them. The cat collar is the one players most often miss when they are stuck at 24.
How do you get the Silver Pines extra achievements?
The three extras take a minute each once you know what to do, and two of them need a coin for the payphone.

Call me... also pays off: the woman in Room 3 gives you 6671, the gun cabinet code for the motel shotgun. That code and the rest of the locks are on silver pines codes.
Are any Silver Pines achievements missable?
No achievement is permanently missable. Players report no point of no return, and areas you clear can be revisited.
The one caution is the dream sections that follow some bosses. They cannot be re-entered, and they can hold Mementos, so search them before leaving. If you finish everything and your summary screen still reads 98%, that figure is separate from the achievement list: players with all 23 achievements report seeing it too.
